
Orders may take 2-3 business days to be processed & shipped. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us at 210-212-4302 during 8:30am-4:30pm central time frame Monday-Friday. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We do not ship partial orders. Your order will only ship if all items are in stock. If items are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail. A shipment notification e-mail that includes a tracking number will be sent to you when your order is processed. Please check your SPAM and JUNK mailboxes just in case they were filed there by mistake.

Shipping is based on items in your cart, their size, and your shipping destination. To check the shipping cost for your delivery, simply place items you want in your cart and follow the checkout process until the available shipping options and costs are displayed.
If the shipping address you provided was incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable by UPS, we don’t know until package returns back to us. If you believe this is the case with your order, please contact us at 210-212-4302.
While it’s not common, if we sent you the wrong item, size or color we’ll be happy to get you the correct item right away.
We cannot exchange or accept returned items that show signs of wear, wash, damage, smoke exposure, pet hair, etc. The same thing applies if your merchandise arrives damaged for one reason or another during transit to us.
Please make sure to contact us right away for returns and exchanges. We need to start the process within 15 days of the date you received the item.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
