Our signature home-made tomatillo sauce is the perfect blend of smoky roasted tomatillos, fresh cilantro and spicy serrano chilis.
1. In a Sauce pot add the Mi Tierra Tomatillo Sauce, Chicken Broth, Shredded Chicken and Navy Beans. Bring to a simmer
2. In a separate bowl, all the cabbage, red onion, cilantro, and tomato, juice one lime over the slaw and season with salt to taste. You can do this step ahead and refrigerate up to 3 days.
3. Pour the soup in each bowl and top with the slaw.
4. Additional garnishes can include queso fresco, Monterey jack cheese, avocado, or white onion.
