Chicken Pozole

Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Mi Tierra Menudo Soup Base
- 2 lbs of chicken breast or thighs, boneless
Garnishes:
- Shredded Cabbage
- Limes
- Radishes
- Avocados
Instructions:
- In a pressure cooker, place the chicken and 1 cup of water. Close the valve, secure the top, and press the button for poultry.
- When the chicken is finished cooking, shred with two forks in the instant pot, keep it on the warm setting.
- Add 1 Jar of Mi Tierra Menudo Soup Base and let it head through.
- Serve with all or any garnishes you like and enjoy!
