Tequila Cured Shrimp Ceviche

You will need:

1 lb. of fresh Gulf Shrimp 

3 oz. of your choice of Tequila 

1.5 oz. of Sangria 

2 oz. Red Onion

2 Bay Leafs 

4 oz. Lime Juice

1 Serrano Pepper Sliced 

1 oz. Sliced Cucumber

1 oz. Sliced Jicama 

.5 oz. Cilantro 

Pinch of Oregano, Salt, and Ground Black Pepper 

.5 oz Diced Avocado 

Marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator
